They have been prompt with their responses to my inquiries at all times and so knowledgeable. Pick up day was just as explained it would be and our puppy Pebbles was even more adorable in person! We had such a great experience working with The Charlotte Dog Club. We got our beautiful baby girl Cavapoo Scout (formerly Francine) and we couldn’t be more pleased. Their environment is such a great place for the puppies to spend their first 10 weeks of lives their lives; they are gentle and kind and loving with the puppies. Very clean and sterile place. The staff has been great to work with and very responsive if I have had any questions. They have reached out many times to check on Scout and us as a family and see how we all are adapting. Would highly recommend The Charlotte Dog Club!!
